1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sog33 online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available at sog33.cam ("Platform"). 3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Payments

sog33 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified.

Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method. All deposited funds must be used exclusively for gaming purposes on sog33 and are not permitted to be used for any other commercial purpose.

sog33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from an account held in your own name. Any deposit found to originate from a third party will be returned and may trigger an account review.

5. Withdrawals

6. Bonuses & Promotions

sog33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus conditions include:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

These game rules supplement these Terms and in the event of conflict, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

Game results are final and non-negotiable once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, sog33 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the player's account.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sog33 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play that distorts game outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the sog33 Platform without express prior written consent from sog33.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sog33 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of funds due to:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond sog33's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Errors in third-party payment processing systems.
• Any reliance placed on information or content provided on the Platform.

In all cases, sog33's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection
